What is the Happy Yellow Paper Calendar Fundraiser?
The Happy Yellow Paper Calendar Fundraiser gives schools, PTAs, teams, and nonprofit organizations a chance to raise funds by selling custom 8.5" x 11" wall calendars featuring their own photos, or artwork and events. It's a meaningful and simple way to celebrate your community while raising money!
How does the fundraiser work?
- Submit 13 high-resolution images (12 months + 1 cover).
- Customize your calendar dates with important birthdays, events, and holidays.
- Choose from three calendar template styles and select your organization’s brand colors.
- We print and ship calendars to one central address for distribution.Y
- You earn $7.00 per calendar sold at a recommended price of $19.99.
Are there any order minimums?
No — there are no minimum order requirements. Whether your organization sells 10 or 1,000 calendars, every sale earns you profit!
How long does the fundraiser run?
You can choose a fundraising period of 7, 14, or 21 days to create urgency and maximize participation.
How quickly will we receive our calendars after the fundraiser ends?
Calendars ship 7–10 business days after the close of your fundraiser to one designated address.
How will we organize calendar orders?
You’ll receive an electronic customer list after your fundraiser closes to help you easily organize and distribute the calendars.
What bonus perks are available for our organization and supporters?
- Supporters enjoy 10% off all Happy Yellow Paper online purchases year-round (August–May).
- Your organization earns a 15% donation from every online purchase made by your supporters during this time.
How do we promote the fundraiser?
We recommend promoting your fundraiser through school newsletters, PTA pages, emails, social media, and community events.
Happy Yellow Paper can also provide flyers and templates to help you easily spread the word.
How do we receive funds raised through the calendar fundraiser?
At the end of the fundraiser, your organization will receive a profit payout (calculated at $7.00 per calendar sold). Payouts are issued by check within 15 days of calendars being disbursed.
