Happy Yellow Paper Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Happy Yellow Paper Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

• “Happy Yellow Paper,” “we,” “us,” “our”: Happy Yellow Paper.
• “Affiliate,” “you,” “your”: The individual or business approved to promote Happy Yellow Paper.
• “Affiliate Link”: Your unique tracked referral link provided in the GoAffPro affiliate dashboard.
• “Discount Code”: Your unique code provided through the Program.
• “Qualifying Purchase”: An order that is tracked to your Affiliate Link and/or Discount Code, is not cancelled/refunded, and complies with these Terms.
• “Commission”: The percentage of qualifying net sales earned by an Affiliate.

2) Eligibility & Approval

• All applications are subject to review and approval.
• The Program is currently limited to USA-approved affiliates.
• We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for verification and approval.

3) Commission & Customer Discount

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 15% commission on Qualifying Purchases.
• Customer Discount: We provide a 10% off discount code for you to share.
• New Customer Discount Guidance: The customer discount is intended for first-time Happy Yellow Paper customers. If we identify misuse (for example, repeated use by the same customer or sharing to coupon sites), we may void commission on those orders and/or remove the affiliate from the Program.

4) How Commission is Calculated

Commission is calculated on qualifying product revenue only, meaning:

• Discounts are included (commission is calculated after discounts).
• Shipping and taxes are excluded.
• Returns, cancellations, chargebacks, and fraud are removed from commission eligibility.

5) Tracking Window

A purchase is credited to you when a customer uses your Affiliate Link and/or Discount Code and the order is tracked correctly in the system. Tracking depends on browser settings, cookie restrictions, and device changes. We cannot guarantee tracking in all cases.

6) Payments

• Payment Method: PayPal (as provided by you in your affiliate profile).
• Payment Timing: Commissions are paid the following month for prior month approved orders.
• Approval Holds: We may hold commissions for a reasonable period to account for returns, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud review, or system verification.
• Minimum Payout: If a minimum payout threshold is set in the system, payouts will occur once you meet the threshold.

7) Affiliate Responsibilities

• Share your Affiliate Link and/or Discount Code in a truthful, non-misleading way.
• Represent our products accurately (no false claims or misleading “official” language).
• Use only approved images, assets, and brand materials or your own original content.
• Maintain up-to-date contact and payment information.

8) FTC & Disclosure Requirement

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Examples:

• #affiliate
• I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.
• As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.

Disclosures must be clear and easy to notice.

9) Prohibited Activities

Coupon / Deal Sites

• Posting your code or link on coupon/deal websites.
• Encouraging others to repost your code.

Paid Advertising & Brand Terms

• Bidding on “Happy Yellow Paper” or similar brand terms.
• Running paid ads through your affiliate link without permission.

Misleading Promotion

• Misrepresenting discounts, commissions, or products.
• Implying you are an employee or official representative.

Self-Referrals / Fraud

• Buying through your own link/code.
• Creating fake or incentivized orders.

If prohibited activity is detected, commissions may be voided and the account terminated.

10) Use of Brand Assets

• Do not alter logos or claim ownership.
• Do not create pages that appear official.
• Do not use the brand name in domains or social handles.

11) Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

Returned or refunded orders are not eligible for commission.

12) Termination

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Brand risk

Upon termination, all links and assets must be removed.

13) Changes to These Terms

Continued participation means acceptance of updates.
