Happy Yellow Paper Fundraising Program Terms 

Effective April 2025

Thank you for partnering with Happy Yellow Paper’s Fundraising Program! By joining, you agree to the following terms to help ensure a smooth and successful experience for your organization and your supporters.

1. Custom Calendar Fundraiser Terms

How it Works:

• Organizations sell a custom 8.5" x 11" wall calendar featuring their submitted photos and important dates.
• Organizations earn a minimum 50% profit per calendar sold at the suggested retail price of $19.99.
• There are no order minimums — whether you sell 10 or 1,000 calendars, you profit on every sale.

Fundraising Period:

• Fundraisers run for a defined period of 7, 14, or 21 days.
• After the fundraising period ends, calendars are printed and shipped within 7–10 business days to a single shipping address designated by the organization.

Customer List and Order Management:

• Organizations will receive an electronic customer list to help organize and distribute calendars easily.

Payment Terms:

• Fundraiser profits will be calculated based on the total number of calendars sold and paid to the organization within 30 days after shipment. Payment will be issued by check or ACH transfer.

Requirements to Participate:

• Organizations must submit 13 high-resolution images (12 months + 1 cover) and customize any desired dates before production begins.
• Fundraiser profits are based on calendar sales only and are separate from our online shopping donation program.

2. Year-Round Online Fundraising Terms

How it Works:

• After participating in a Happy Yellow fundraiser, organizations can sign up for a year-round online fundraising code.
• Supporters receive 10% off all eligible Happy Yellow Paper products.
• Happy Yellow Paper donates 15% of net product sales made using your organization’s code back to your group.

Eligible Products:

• The promo code is valid on most Happy Yellow Paper products available at happyyellowpaper.com.
• Discounts and donations do not apply to shipping charges, taxes, or products purchased from third-party sellers.

Promo Code Usage

• Promo codes are available only to organizations that participate in a Happy Yellow Paper fundraiser.
• Promo codes must be shared privately within your community (newsletters, emails, PTA pages, private social media groups).
• Promo codes may not be posted publicly on coupon sites. If a code is shared improperly, Happy Yellow Paper reserves the right to deactivate the code and adjust donation totals.

Donation Payouts:

• Donations based on online purchases will be calculated quarterly and paid to your organization by check or ACH transfer.

Only purchases made using your organization’s unique code at checkout will count toward your donation total.

Donation Details

• Calendar Fundraiser Payments: Profits from custom calendar sales will be calculated based on the number of calendars sold. Payments will be issued to the organization by check or ACH transfer within 30 days after calendar shipment.
• Year-Round Online Fundraising Payments: Donations earned from supporter purchases using your unique promo code will be calculated quarterly and paid by check or ACH transfer within 30 days of each quarter's close.
• Only purchases made using your organization’s unique promo code at checkout will count toward your donation total.
• Donations are calculated on net eligible product sales (excluding shipping and tax).

 

Reporting

• Calendar Fundraiser Reporting: Organizations will receive a customer list electronically after their fundraising period closes to help organize order distribution.
• Year-Round Online Fundraising Reporting: Organizations will receive quarterly sales summaries outlining the number of supporter purchases and total donation earned from online promo code usage.

Account and Privacy

Supporters must place their orders on happyyellowpaper.com and accept our terms of service and privacy policy. A valid promo code must be entered at checkout for the discount and donation to apply.

Use of Assets

All content, designs, and imagery provided by Happy Yellow Paper LLC are protected and may not be reused or repurposed without our written consent.

Program Updates

Happy Yellow Paper LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify or end the program at any time
• Change your promo code if it’s misused
• Decline participation to any organization at our discretion

By enrolling, you agree to receive program communications from Happy Yellow Paper, including promotional updates and donation notices.
